Your CRM App User Guide

Welcome! This guide will help you get the most out of your CRM app. Follow along to learn how to manage your leads and products from start to finish.

What Can You Do With This App?

  • Keep track of all your business leads and which stage they are in.
  • Manage your products and keep their details up to date.
  • See a quick summary of your recent business activity on the dashboard.
  • Stay organized by adding notes, uploading files, and reviewing activity for each lead.

Main Sections

Dashboard Get a summary of your business and move leads between stages with a Kanban board.
Lead Details Quickly view and update information for your leads, add notes, manage files, and more.
Products Browse, add, and edit products that you offer to your customers.

Dashboard

The dashboard shows you a quick view of how your business is doing. Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Summary cards at the top for total leads, meetings, proposals, and closures in the past 7 days, 30 days, or year.
  • A drop-down menu at the top right lets you choose the time period to see.
  • Below the summary cards, you’ll see a board with lanes for Fresh, Qualified, Warm, Closed, and Cold leads.
  • Each card in the lanes shows a lead’s name, who owns it, their budget, and the next action.
  • You can move cards between lanes to change a lead’s stage.
  • Click on a lead card to see all their details.
Lane What It Means Card Info
Fresh New leads just added Lead name, owner, budget, next action
Qualified Leads that meet your basic needs Lead name, owner, budget, next action
Warm Leads you’re actively working on Lead name, owner, budget, next action
Closed Leads that are finished Lead name, owner, budget, next action
Cold Leads that are not moving forward Lead name, owner, budget, next action
Tip: To reach your dashboard from anywhere, use the menu on the left and choose Dashboard.

Lead Details

Clicking on a lead card brings you to the Lead Details page. Here, you can work with all the information for a single lead.

Left Side — Lead Information

  • Edit lead details such as name, email, phone, address, and company.
  • Select the related product, the budget, and the lead status (like Fresh, Qualified, etc).
  • Set the next action needed for this lead, who should handle it, and by when.
  • Pick one or more team members for the next action, and choose a date.
  • Press the Save button when you finish making changes.

Right Side — Tabs

  • Meetings: See all meetings and add notes about your conversations with the lead.
  • Documents: Keep track of important files by uploading and managing documents here.
  • Proposal: Save proposals and related files for the lead.
  • Activity Log: Check a timeline showing every update or contact made with this lead.
Mobile Friendly: On your phone, the lead info and tabs will stack for easy scrolling and quick access.

Products

Manage the list of products you can offer. Keep your catalog updated and organized.

  • See all products in a clean list or card view.
  • Add a new product using a simple form. Fill in the product name, description, category, and price.
  • Edit product details whenever anything changes.
  • Remove products that are no longer needed.
  • All product actions are easy to find and use, and the layout adjusts smoothly for mobile screens.

Tip: Use the Add Product button at the top to create new products quickly.

What Information Can You Store?

Leads

  • Name: Who the lead is
  • Email, Phone, Address
  • Company: Where the lead works
  • Product: Which product they are interested in
  • Budget: How much they can spend
  • Status: Their current stage (Fresh, Qualified, Warm, Closed, Cold)
  • Owner: Who manages the lead
  • Next Action: What needs to be done next
  • Next Action By: One or more users assigned
  • Next Action On: Due date for the action

Products

  • Name: Product name
  • Description: Product summary
  • Category: Type of product
  • Price: Cost to customer

Activities

  • Action Type: Meeting, Proposal, Email, Call, Document Upload
  • Description: What happened
  • Lead: Related lead
  • Done By: Who did the action
  • Done At: When it happened

  • Use the navigation menu to jump between Dashboard, Leads, and Products.
  • Hover over icons and buttons to see tooltips for actions.
